My friend and team member Polly gave me her brown Stampin UP apron recently and I wanted to spiffy it up a little bit. I saw so many cute ideas at leadership. Jill Olsen had a cute flowers on her apron and another presenter from Canada had a build a bear on her apron pocket so I decided to combine both ideas and make my new apron really cute and this is what I came up with. What do you think. I used felt for the build a bear and scrap fabric for the build a bear clothes and cut the flowers with the pennant scallops plus a dash of summer sun corduroy buttons to show off those flowers. Thanks for looking.
WAY TO CUTE FRANCES. WISH I LIVED CLOSE TO YOU, SO I COULD BE A MEMBER OF YOUR TEAM. GOT MY PETAL FLOWER QUILT FINISHED AND NOW I WANT TO DO ONE MORE MASCULINE, SO I AM GOING TO MAKE IT IN RED, WHITE & BLUE WITH STARS USING THE 5 POINT STAR DIE. JUST HAVE TO FIND MY FABRIC.

Thas is sooooo cute! I love what you did with it!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see your quilts. I made a family reunion quilt in the 80's and I am sure it looks pretty primitive compared to yours. But it was fun to make. Thanks for looking.
ReplyDeleteThanks Tory, it was fun to match the colors and make it a little more fun. You could actually hand stitch if you don't have a sewing machine or hot glue it for a temporary look. Thanks for looking.
