Are you ready for some fall ideas!

I know I am ready.  I love fall even though I live in Florida and don't get a lot of fall weather and won't be wearing layers of sweaters or rake leaves.  (OK I just let the cat out of the bag I miss those things from living in Raleigh, then I go to the beach in the fall and get over it!!!)  :)

A new stamp set: Acorny Thank You
I made a card and a tag, I love tags to put on gifts, they just make me happy.

Cajun craze is the main color I used on my card and it is so fitting.  I used the new Acorn Builder Punch and love how it layers.

Thanks for stopping by, I hope to stamp with you soon!

New Holiday Catalog! Sneak Peek!

I received my pre-order from the new Stampin' UP! Holiday Catalog this week!  This first sample I want to show you is one of my favorites so far featuring Reason for the Season and the Festive Flower Builder Punch.

Supplies used:

Built for Free Using: My Stampin Blog

This is a little template below of how many pieces you will need to stamp and punch for each flower. However you can just punch and not stamp but I like the way it looks with the stamped images.  One of the girls tonight at Stampin' Bunco asked me if I embossed it and I didn't.  I stamped with real red ink on real red card stock and punched it out.  :)  I will be offering a class using this stamp set  and punch at the Salvation Army Class September 19th (you will need to pre-order the punch and stamp set (the great part is that is is a bundle and you get 15% off.   Stay turned for my new calendar coming soon.  Remember you can order this set and punch on September 1st.  Contact me if you are not currently working with another Stampin' UP! demonstrator and want a new holiday catalog.

Look at those goodies. I am having so much fun creating new samples for you.

Thanks for stopping by!  I hope to stamp with you soon!

Meet Allison!

Meet Allison, my future team member! Allison's grandmother is my friend June Sullivan and Allison is visiting this week. June invited me over to stamp with her and mostly Allison who loves paper crafts, sewing, knitting.... that girl is so talented. So when Allison turns 18 in nine years she is going to be a Stampin' UP! demonstrator under me.   :)

Today we started out making those itty bitty cards and envelope that I love. After showing her once how to cut the paper at 3.75 square and how to measure the 2x4 card she was well on her way. When we got to the "envelope punch board" she was amazing. She was punching and scoring away.

She was looking at June's stamp set Crazy about You, when she spotted Just Sayin' stamp and she was so excited to make her Papaw a card with that set.  They had a discussion about the meaning of Just Sayin'.  She just lit up when she saw that stamp and could hardly wait to make him a card.  She used an owl stamp that her Nana had and we added the tree builder punch that matches the Ronald McDonald Charity set "Sprinkles of Life" .  Allison was just a delight to be around with such enthusiasm for what she was creating.  Thank you Allison for letting me be part of your day.

Look at that beautiful smile.

Thanks for stopping by.  Hope to stamp with you soon.
