November NC SU Demo Blog Hop-A Little Scrap Goes A Long Way

Welcome to this months NC SU Demo Blog Hop- our theme is "A Little Scrap Goes A Long Way". How many of us find scrapes on our desk or workspace when we finish a project?  I know I do, well I will be showing you ways I work with those scraps.  You may have come from Tina's blog to see what magic she showed you with her scrapes.

First of all this is a piece that I stamped and made a mistake when I cut it.  So I just put it aside thinking I could work with it another time.   When I saw our theme this month I knew I could work with it.  I took my photos late afternoon and realized my shadow is on it.  I apologize for that.

I pulled out some colors that I had used to stamp the leaves and berries in Christmas Season. Real Red, Evening Evergreen,Basic White and Soft Succulent.

I added the Real Red Ruffled ribbon and Evening Evergreen Card Stock and Basic Cardstock

I sometimes punch out extra punches while I have them out and card stock scraps on my table.  I used the Label Lovely Punch in Basic White and again in Evening Evergreen and cut the Evening Evergreen piece in have and glued to the back.

Finally I add the stamped pieces and left a space in the middle and at the top and bottom so you could see the Evening Evergreen it was mounted on.  I love the way it turned out.  I hope you like it.

Make sure you check out Kristine Vicente's blog I am sure you are going to love it.  Thanks for stopping by!

This past weekend some of my team members and I went to Stampin' UP!'s On Stage in Jacksonville.  We had tons of fun. I wanted to share some photos with you.

The beginning of our road trip at dark 30 on Friday morning we left at 6:30am Not my favorite time of the day but when I have a stamping event with my team I can sacrifice right?

Left to right, CC Watrous, Sue Karwecki, me (Frances) and Karen Patterson.  We had a fun road trip. We were meeting other team members from West Virginia and North Carolina,

We arrived in time to get to the OnStage 2022 Jacksonville Pre-Event that MaryKate Scott and her team offered.  It was really fun and took place in Sweet Pete's Candy Company.

Below is (seated) Terry Dell'Amicoand (standing)Johanna Barbieri at the registration table.

Below is my team mate Laura McGinnis from West Virginia showing us one of her 6 projects we made.

These are a few people that are working on their projects

Downstairs area where I meet Kathleen Zuckerman and Gayle Gibbons in person.  How fun to meet them!

Later that evening several of us went to Centre Stage  an event for our leaders and that was fun that we got to get our catalogs early and a cute umbrella plus a dessert bar!  YUM! This is my team mate Elaine Pelletier and I in front of the Centre Stage logo.

The best part is we got these new catalogs, one is SAB (Sale a Bration) that goes live Jan-Feb the other one is our Spring catalog!  I can't show you the inside till Jan but there are so many fun, pretty things.  (you will love)

I will follow up with another group of photos.  Have a wonderful day.  Thanks for stopping by.
