NC SU DEMO BLOG HOP - A LITTLE SOMETHING

Welcome to the October edition of the NC Demos Blog Hop! I love our theme for this month 'A Little Something.'  It promises to be a fun and creative challenge. It's always exciting to see what other demonstrators come up with beyond just a single card. The possibilities are endless when it comes to creating sets of cards, tags, decor pieces, gift card holders, and more. I'm sure you will be pleased with my fellow demonstrators in our blog hop will have some fantastic projects to share.

You may have come from  Laurie Meier's blog and saw her amazing project, don't forget to hop along to Tina's blog as well as the rest of our group for more fun.

For my hop project this month I am offering fall home decor using card stock to make pumpkins and also a treat envelope.

For my pumpkins I cut out 24 circles with a 2-3/8 circle punch. (I used 2 sheets of 8.5x11 pumpkin pie card stock.

Then I scored them in half and folded them and glued them to each other.

I forgot to take a photo with the curly (vine part I think) :)

Here is the pumpkin with all the parts.

After gluing them together it ends up being a circle shape I cut a leaf punch with the Autumn leaves dies #162185 in Old Olive card stock #100702 and cut a 1x 5 inch piece of Early Espresso card stock #119686 and crunched it up in my hand and then smoothed out and rolled up for the stem then hot glued the stem into the middle of the pumpkin

I added the pumpkin to my foyer table where I have projects I have made in the past using my Stampin' UP! products. I love to share ideas that are more than cards. Last year I made the little FALL project that is plaid paper in an embroidery hoop.  That was fun too.  The spooky jar was an old jar I added the vinyl that Stampin' UP! used to sell a while back.

Below are cute envelopes I made for treats for my Bunco group last week.  I used the retired envelope punch board.

I decided to add the pumpkin and treat envelope on my table!

Another view!

Thank you for stopping by my blog and make sure to check out the rest of our fabulous group that shares every month on the last Sunday of the month at 8pm.

On another note I am excited that my son Chris and grandson Jacob visited us from New Hampshire last week.  Chris redesigned my business cards and added qr codes on the back for getting to my website to order and or to join my team.  I love it.  I added the black background to see it better for my blog.
