November NC SU Demo Blog Hop-A Little Scrap Goes A Long Way

Welcome to this months NC SU Demo Blog Hop- our theme is "A Little Scrap Goes A Long Way". How many of us find scrapes on our desk or workspace when we finish a project?  I know I do, well I will be showing you ways I work with those scraps.  You may have come from Tina's blog to see what magic she showed you with her scrapes.

First of all this is a piece that I stamped and made a mistake when I cut it.  So I just put it aside thinking I could work with it another time.   When I saw our theme this month I knew I could work with it.  I took my photos late afternoon and realized my shadow is on it.  I apologize for that.

I pulled out some colors that I had used to stamp the leaves and berries in Christmas Season. Real Red, Evening Evergreen,Basic White and Soft Succulent.

I added the Real Red Ruffled ribbon and Evening Evergreen Card Stock and Basic Cardstock

I sometimes punch out extra punches while I have them out and card stock scraps on my table.  I used the Label Lovely Punch in Basic White and again in Evening Evergreen and cut the Evening Evergreen piece in have and glued to the back.

Finally I add the stamped pieces and left a space in the middle and at the top and bottom so you could see the Evening Evergreen it was mounted on.  I love the way it turned out.  I hope you like it.

Make sure you check out Kristine Vicente's blog I am sure you are going to love it.  Thanks for stopping by!
