December Vacation

I have been taking a break from blogging except for the specials that have been coming our way this month. I took a wonderful trip to North Carolina to see my mom and family. We had a great time together.  My mom and I in the kitchen.  Two peas in a pod don't you think?

This is a friend of mine and my mom's neighbor Joey (left) and my mom Louise (right) stamping cards from my October Paper Pumpkin.  They are cute shaker cards. 

I thought I had everything I needed to make our cards and forgot to pack an acrylic block so I looked in my mom's cabinets and found the perfect glass and used the bottom of it to place our stamps on.  You just have to be creative sometimes. :)  You can see one of the shaker card we made.
