Salvation Army Crop and Birthday Wishes

The Salvation Army monthly crop was this weekend. What a great time we always have making scrapbooks and cards and sharing ideas. I always have a class on Saturday and this week I had a new friend Queralt, that joined us.  Queralt, Bonnie and June (No picture of June) took my masculine class and they had a great time. Queralt had never stamped before and it was fun to watch and hear her when she first touched ink to paper with a rubber stamp.  That aha moment is the reason I love my job so much.
Here are my cards, but I have to tell you I cased them all.  I love the vest type card that was in our Stampin Success Magazine that Stampin' UP! sends to us bi-monthly I look forward to it.  They give us great ideas and of course updates.

On this card I was trying to figure it out when I found out that France Martin had beat me too it (check out her video.) I did mine a little different but that is fine to do also.  I tried to put the link on but it doesn't seem to work.  Try cutting and pasting this.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?google_view_type&v=rMzPz-St_Yk&google_comment_id=z13svjhzuqrocfx4s04cc5bi4tnigxwpstc0k&hc_location=ufi&app=desktop or check out Frenchie's website she is an amazing stamper.

This card I cased from Michelle Humphrey a demo friend of mine.

This was a fun card I cased from one of our Artisan Design Team Members, Allison Okamitsu.
She does fabulous work. I love her style.

For all these cards I used the Guy Greetings Stamp set.  At first that little body building man stamp sort of  turned me off the set but I looked closer and decided that there are so many possibilities.

Since I was gone all day yesterday I forgot to check my mail till today!  Guess what, I had a surprise!

This is a darling birthday card from one of my team members Carolyn Stoenner from North Carolina. Did you notice the cute, cute, cute envelope. We love to get stamped envelopes because when you see that cute envelope you know you are in for a great surprise when you open it. Thank you Carolyn for your thoughtfulness.

Have a great week. Thanks for stopping by.
