Card Class this week!

This week I offered this card class. We had so much fun. 

Perfect Blend is one of my fun favorite sets.  I used a coffee cup to make the cup rings that we have all seen from one time or another.  The girls loved it.  I also used the new envelope punch board to make the file folder card.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR CUSTOM PHONE WALLPAPER:

1.  Measure the screen on your phone (mine is a iphone 4 and is about 2"x3")

2. Save this photo to your phone

3.  Upload it to your phone or email it to yourself and open on your phone

4. Open that .jpg on your phone and "set as wallpaper"

Dog Cards

I have found a great new vet in town Dr. Lisa Walker and I wanted to give her a few cards for taking such good care of our sweet Sadie.

This stamp is from one of the stamps that demos buy to give as door prizes and I am pretty sure it is retired by now but this little dog reminds me of Sadie so I kept it.

I will give them to her today when I take Sadie for a check up.

I have purchase this cute book this summer and today I finally decided to make it cute.  I love this great planner, it has envelopes for your receipts and pockets to put the envelopes in, calendar pages to plot your holiday course, a place for your Christmas card list and gift list.  Maybe I will be organized this year!!!

On the front I stamped this little snowman on  with Stazon White ink and I used Cherry Cobbler ink for the snowman accessories and Cherry Cobbler cardstock for the adorable Expressions Thinlit Dies for the Merry. Love the washi tape really makes it cute.

Another new product from the new catalog was the Simply Pressed Clay Buttons.  I thought they turned out a bit dark, (I used the Cherry Cobbler Marker to color after it had dried)  I think I may use Real Red next time so it won't be so dark or mix the ink in before I shape it.  Now I am ready to start planning for the holidays.  Wish me luck...
