Greeting Card Kids

I saw a card similar to this on line from Debbie Henderson at least a year ago maybe more.  I loved the way hers looked and I wanted to try it something close to it.  I finally purchased our watercolor paper!!! Can't believe I waited so long.  When you look at the yellow shadow part it is so much more severe in the photo than in person.  I used a marker and a blender pen to color in the image and  dazzling diamonds on the fur parts to make them stand out. I punched the image with a 2-3/8 scallop punch and punched an extra piece of Cherry Cobbler cardstock and layered it.
On the next layer I used glossy cardstock and used a resist method by stamping Merry Christmas (Greetings of the Season) with versa mark and then brayered the glossy layer of the card with Always Artichoke, then wiped off the area with the versa mark "Merry Christmas" with a tissue and the resist came through.  I used the Music Notes wheel for the background in basic black.  Added Cherry Cobbler seam binding and layered all pieces.
