Stampin Bunco Girls Night Out

What a fun girls night out. Bunco has been around for a very long time and a couple of years ago I found someone that incorporated it with stamping.  Viola........Stampin Bunco. Typically you need 12 people to play because you have 3 tables of 4 but we made it work with our 11.  We play with a ghost (how appropriate with Halloween around the corner).  When everyone arrived at 7p.m. we made the card below!  How simple but so cute.   Thanks for stopping by!  Contact me if you would like to have your friends over and we can make this card together.

Stamps:
Hand Penned Holidays (mini catty)

More Mustard Card Stock 100946 $6.95
Whisper White Card Stock 100730 $8.50

More Mustard Classic Ink

Early Espresso Classic Ink

Black Scallop Dots Ribbon 124145 $7.95
Square punch 1 3/8 10.95
Dazzling Diamonds Glitter 102023 $4.50

Close up below!

You can see the ridges I added with the new Simply Scoring Tool. It really adds to the card.  I added the glitter because it reminded me of early morning frost on leaves.

Blessings,

I am no Betty Crocker, Martha Stewart or Paula Deen

However, I do love the new Sweet Pressed cookie stamps from Stampin UP!  Yes I used a mix but I was in a hurry. I made some tonight for my Christmas Card Club and they loved them and they loved the way they looked and they ordered them.

I made peanut butter cookies and I used the cookie press 2 ways and they both worked, the batch that I pressed before cooking were puffier and the batch that used the cookie press after baking were flatter.  Thanks for looking and you can order this from my website 24-7  here the item number #125152 cost $16.95.

You get a wooden handle with 3 interchangeable stamp images, a jack-o-lantern, snowflake and a heart, plus you get two recipes with it.  I tried the sugar cookies earlier this week and they were yummy.

Just so you know the white part is powered sugar near the mouth area. Told you I wasn't a fabulous cook!

Nancy, one of my club members like the idea that it wasn't a cookie cutter so she could use it with her 20 month old granddaughter.  Now there are some memories!

Happy stamping and baking!

Booking now for November Parties/workshops!

I can't believe that October is halfway gone. wow...where does time go.

I have several events for the remaining October and some November. I do have 3 parties/workshop dates available still. Remember Thanksgiving is November 24th and we have to work around that. You still have time to invite your friends over to make cards and to get great holiday entertaining and decorating ideas. Contact me today to get on my calendar.

*** Just a funny note here. When I first became a Stampin Up Demonstrator in Aug, 1999 we called our events workshops because it was a great time to gather your friends and have your very own class and purchase those fun products to make them again on your own. However trends and verbage change and I find myself using both workshops and parties. (who doesn't want to go to a party?!?) They mean the same thing, a great girls time out. So let me help you find your creative side and contact me today to book your party!!!

Ask me about a party in a bag. Beth just had one this week and they had a great time stamping and creating their Christmas cards.

Check back on Monday for the blog hop I am part of.
