Stamp Camp Last Saturday

Saturday Jessica Beasley one of my downline and I had a Fall and Holiday Stamp Camp and these are our projects. Hope you like them. The first one is a Holiday Planner and it looks sort of orange on the pictures but it is Poppy Parade with Old Olive accent pieces. We used my new favorite Big Shot die Tasteful Trim: 120893 Love the rick rack look. On the inside each pocket had organizatonal tools such as to do list for Oct, Nov and Dec; Christmas Card List; Gift List and the last one had 2 business envelopes one for your receipts and one for coupons. Everyone loved the projects. I think I will use this for my Christmas card this year it is so pretty in person, we used the new Northern Flurry Textured Impressions Embossing Folder:120902, along with the new Northern Frost Snowflake Decorative Strip: 12090, Dazzling Diamond Glitter: 102023 as well as Vanilla Shimmer Smooch Spritz: 118772. It is so pretty with all that sparkle. This was another Christmas card using Rejoicing in Christmas:121139 The next one was stamped with Wicked Cool Stamp set:120600 This one was stamped using Greeting Card Kids: 120633 The gum wrapper had Paisley Prints on it. 121121 Thanks for looking and I hope next time you can come to our stamp camp.

Fall is in the air.....

Hi everyone I have been busy with workshops, classes, Stampin Bunco, Stamp Camp and needed to take a min to post some of my projects. I really need to start taking my pictures with my camera instead of my phone. I hope you like the ideas. Enjoy the cooler weather. This is a little cute tag that you can put a post it note into for a quick gift. Ilove the little bat punch.

Top Note Owl~ I love this little owl using the Top Note die and scallop circles and reg circles. This is an easy peasy project and it dares to make you smile.

Barbara wanted a fall theme and this is the card we made at her workshop.

Melodie wanted us to use the bird punch for her workshop and we made this one and they really liked it.

NC State Fair Entries for Rubber Stamping and Scrapbooking

If you have made a great scrapbook page or card and feel like it could win in the NC State Fair competition go to the site below at the end of this post and register your creation. There are several catagories to choose from but first you have to register under Professional (meaning if you are a Stamping demo, work at a craft store where you teach classes etc you will have to register under professional otherwise you will register under non-professionals and youth.(check out the rulse below) The first year my stamp club enter between 5 of us we won 15 ribbons and it was great to get the recognition and of course the small $ prize.

Entry Forms must be received by: Fri., September 24, 2010 by 5:00 p.m. Exhibits must be at the fair: Wed., Oct. 6-Sun., Oct. 10, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Deliver exhibits to: Handicrafts and Hobbies Bldg. Mailed exhibits must be received by Saturday, October 9. Judging will be done: Tues., Oct. 12 and Wed., Oct. 13 by 6:00 p.m. No winners will be announced until 4:00 p.m. Thursday, October 14. Release of Exhibits: Monday, October 25, 2010 (8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.) and POSITIVELY not before that date and time. Pick up exhibits in the Handicrafts and Hobbies Building.
